Ottawa, ON - BAU Solutions has sold its ongoing operations to Deloitte Inc.

Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, all BAU employees have joined Deloitte. To maintain and augment ongoing service excellence, Deloitte will consolidate its Kanata operations in the existing BAU offices.
